Shipping policy

At Pawlycozy, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. We strive to provide a reliable shipping experience from the moment your order is placed until it arrives at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

I. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information within 24 hours.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

III. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79 USD.

Orders under $79 USD will be charged a flat shipping fee of $18.99 USD.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your payment is completed.

IV. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within the United States is 7–12 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that this estimate does not include the 1–3 business day processing period.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

V. Shipping Carriers

Depending on your delivery address, product availability, and fulfillment location, your order may be shipped via YunExpress, USPS, FedEx, or another regional delivery provider. The final delivery carrier may differ from the carrier shown when your package first enters transit.

VI. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking details.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

VII. Taxes and Duties

Product prices include applicable import duties and related cross-border charges.

Where required by law, applicable sales tax may be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery unless otherwise stated during checkout.

VIII. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to product availability or fulfillment from different warehouse locations.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive on different dates.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by Pawlycozy.

IX. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at order@pawlycozy.com. We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

Pawlycozy is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

X. Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, or incorrect shipping information.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should any unexpected shipping delays occur.

XI. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at order@pawlycozy.com. Our customer support team will review the tracking information and assist with an investigation through the shipping carrier.

If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building management, and the local delivery carrier.

Pawlycozy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed successful delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation.

XII. Damaged Packages

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at order@pawlycozy.com.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, clear photographs or videos of the damaged product, and photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.

Once we receive the required information, we will review your case and determine the most appropriate resolution.
